    Who would’ve thought gum reduces stress. I always said that gum helped to calm my nerves lol. I didn’t know that there’s proven research behind it.

    We all experience stressful times. For me my greatest weapon against these stresses is prayer and the Word of God. When the cares of this world rob me of my peace I turn to God to lift the burden.

    There is also research that shows talking to yourself in third person helps reduce stress.
